What information do TRC ShowLeads Lead Retrieval products capture?
The information released to TRC Lead Retrieval users is determined by show management. Typical data fields contained within badge barcodes are listed below. Data within those fields appears the way each attendee registered for the event.

Is there a maximum number of leads I can scan?
No – Feel free to scan every badge barcode in sight!
Where do I pick up and return my scanner(s)?
At most events, TRC will have a Service Desk set up on the show floor near Event Services.
Can you deliver my scanner(s) to my booth?
Yes – When completing your Lead Retrieval order form, simply indicate that you would like to order the Optional Booth Delivery/Pickup (located near the bottom of the order form).
Do the ShowLeads Lite and ShowLeads Premium Scanner require charging?
The ShowLeads Lite device does not require charging.
The ShowLeads Premium Scanner requires charging, but we will provide a charging cord along with the device. We will also charge the device before handing them out to exhibitors.
What are the phone requirements for the ShowLeads Mobile App?
iPhone iOS 6.1 and newer
Android 2.2 and newer
iPad 2 and newer (with iOS 6.1 and newer)
On how many devices can I install the ShowLeads Mobile App?
Each ShowLeads Mobile App license can validate one mobile device/tablet.
How do I install the app on my iPad?
Search for our “TRC ShowLeads” app in the App Store. It can be found in the “iPhone Only” section.
How do I access my leads?
TRC ShowLeads Lead Retrieval product users can download their leads to an Excel spreadsheet from our web portal, you can access it on our Download Leads page. ShowLeads Mobile App users receive an email containing their web portal login credentials upon submitting their order. ShowLeads Lite and ShowLeads Premium Scanner users will receive a receipt which contains their login credentials when the TRC Service Technician hands them their scanners. Leads are also emailed out after the event.
When will my leads be available?
The ShowLeads Mobile App and the ShowLeads Premium Scanner sync in real-time to our web portal. At any time during or after the event, you can log into the web portal to view and download your leads to an Excel spreadsheet. ShowLeads Lite users’ leads are usually available on the web portal within one business day after the event ends.
