TRC is an industry leader in badge printing, attendance tracking, and lead retrieval services. What sets the company apart, however, is its approach to customer service.
“When someone hires us to help them produce an event, we become part of their team,” said Greg Lazzaro, President of TRC. “We are involved in everything from planning to execution, and when we’re onsite, if there’s something we see that needs to be done, we step in and do it.”
TRC is also set apart by its willingness to explore customization options. They will explore the viability of any request a client makes—whether they have done it before or not.
“Other companies might be too large, or might not have the flexibility,” said Greg. “Every request our clients make is reviewed by the leadership and development teams.”
And that includes the request for smaller, simpler solutions. Traditionally, TRC has worked with large events and trade shows, on the order of 500–20,000 attendees. Servicing these events means sending team members onsite to help ensure the success of the event. However, late last year, TRC launched “ShowSimple,” a self-service badge printing option for clients who are hosting significantly smaller events. This solution is compact, easy to use, and comes with how-to-training, clear, concise instructions, and trouble-shooting tips.
